At Born Loyal Kennel, we take pride in producing healthy, well-cared-for Micro Bullies. Due to the nature of live animal sales, all purchases are subject to the following policy.

All Sales Are Final

All puppy purchases are final. We do not offer refunds once a puppy has been picked up, delivered, or transported

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits secure your puppy and remove it from availability.

Deposits may be transferred to a future litter at breeder’s discretion only.

Health Guarantee (72 Hours)

We guarantee that your puppy is in good health at the time of sale.

Buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving the puppy.

If a serious, life-threatening health condition is found within that time:

• Buyer must provide written documentation from a licensed veterinarian

• Puppy may be returned to the breeder

Resolution options (at breeder’s discretion):

• Replacement puppy (preferred option), OR

• Refund of purchase price (excluding deposit)

Returns / Rehoming Policy

We are committed to every dog we produce.

If you can no longer care for your dog, you must contact Born Loyal Kennel first.

We reserve the right to take the dog back or assist in rehoming.

We do not guarantee refunds for returned dogs outside of the health guarantee window.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not provide refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Family or housing issues

• Allergies

• Landlord restrictions

• Failure to properly care for the dog

• Minor or non-life-threatening health concerns

Shipping / Delivery

All shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable.

Once the puppy leaves our care, transportation risk transfers to the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

Agreement

By purchasing a puppy from Born Loyal Kennel, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Return Policy.
